Can I have a look at the goods somewhere?

We don't have a brick-and-mortar store, but you can return the goods free of charge if they don't meet your expectations (you can learn more in the Claims and returns article).

I want to send a package as a gift, can I choose delivery without invoice?

Of course! Each package contains only the delivery note without the prices of the goods. You can thus create an order directly to the address of the celebrant. We send the invoice separately by email to your email address entered in the order. 

How long does it take for my package to arrive after placing my order?

If you order on a weekday before 12am (noon) with cash on delivery or online payment, we will dispatch the package the same day with delivery by the next working day. If you place your order after 12am, it will be dispatched no later than the next working day. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will wait for the payment to be transferred to our bank account before dispatching.

Can I change or cancel my order? 

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change any data on a received order. Only orders with pending payment can be cancelled. Cash on delivery orders cannot be cancelled.

Is it possible to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped? 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change any data on a received order. Changing the delivery address is easily resolved with your chosen carrier.

I won't be able to pick up my package in time, what should I do?

In this case, please contact the carrier and ask for an extension of the storage time.

I want to claim the goods, what should I do? 

If such a situation occurs, please do not send the goods anywhere, first contact us by email info@lexibook.eu and our customer service will give you specific information on how to proceed.

When can I return the goods and how?

Within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please follow the instructions in the Claims and returns article.

When will I get my money back for the returned goods?

We always do our best to process the refund as soon as possible, however no later than 14 days after the withdrawal of the contract.

I missed an invoice in my package, what should I do?

You will find only the delivery note inserted in the package. We only send the invoice electronically to your email address once the order is paid or after delivery in case of Cash on Delivery. If you do not need to, please do not print the invoice. You do not need it in hard copy for any further communication for claims or returns. Simply provide customer service with your order number.

How do we handle your personal data?

The security of your personal data is important to us. Therefore, access to your personal data by our employees and partners is limited to data relevant to their work. This is the data necessary for your ordered goods to reach you.

What are cookies good for?

If you accept cookies, we may, for example, display products that are evaluated as interesting based on your behaviour on the website and could make it easier for you to choose. Some cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the website.
