Claims

If the parcel is visibly damaged when you receive it from the carrier, please do not accept it and inform us by email.

If after opening the package you find that the product is broken or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and our customer service will resolve the claim with you. The same procedure applies in case of a claim within the legal period of 2 years. You can contact us by email at info@lexibook.eu

 

Returning the goods

If you have decided to withdraw from the contract and return the goods, you can do so within 30 days from receiving the goods. The goods must be in good condition and unworn. To withdraw from the contract, simply fill in this online form. To make it easier, you can scan the QR code from the delivery note enclosed in the package or click on the link in the email you received when the parcel was sent. Your personal details will then be pre-filled in the form.

Returning the goods within the Czech Republic and Slovakia

After filling out the form, please pack the goods you wish to return carefully and include the delivery note from your original order with the package.

Take the parcel to the nearest branch of Zásilkovna (the Czech Republic) or to the nearest branch of Packeta (Slovakia).

Tell the operator the code: 94433759, thanks to which you will return the parcel to us free of charge.

Returning the goods within Poland

After filling out the form, visit the InPost website and fill out the return form for Lexibook. Find the return code in the app/email/SMS. Handwrite the code on the package, no need for a label. Pack the goods carefully and please attach the original delivery note. Send via any Paczkomat® in Poland - scan the QR code or enter the code manually. Deposit the package and close the box.

Returning the goods to other countries

After filling out the form, we will email you a return label. Please then pack the goods you wish to return carefully, stick the printed label on the package and include the delivery note from your original order with the package. The money will be refunded to your account within 14 days. The refund will be made to the account you specified in the online form.
